Training of GMIS Focal Persons, GoAJ&K
Training of GMIS Focal Persons was conducted by Dr. Jasim Anwar, Consultant, Women Development Department, AJ&K. The event was chaired by Mr. Muhammad Ahsen, Secretary, Industries, Social Welfare, and Women Development. Mr. Ikram ul Haq, Director, Women Development Department, AJ&K, welcomed the participants and provided an overview of the Project.

Meeting Secretary Women Development AJK
Meeting of Consultant Women Development with the Secretary Industries, Labour and Social Welfare and Women Development took place in his office. During the meeting, matters related to the implementation of the Gender Management Information System was discussed. The Director Women Development Dr. Qudsia Batool was also present on this occasion.
Meeting with Minister Women Development
A briefing was given to the Minister for Industries, Labour, and Women Development, Mrs. Noreen Arif, by the Consultant Dr. Jasim Anwar on the Implementation of Gender Management Information System. Various matters about women’s economic empowerment and lack of gender-related data were discussed. Dr. Qudsia Batool Director Industries was also present on this occasion.
Meeting with New Director Women Development
Meeting with Mr. Ikram Ul Haq Director Women Development. The new Director resumed the charge of Director on 1 June 2020. During the meeting, the consultant congratulated the new Director for this posting.
Meeting with Secretary
A briefing was given to the Secretary Women Development Muhammad Ahsen on the implementation of the Gender Management Information System for the State of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The Secretary greatly appreciated the services of the Consulat Dr. Jasim Anwar for this initiative.
